If you'd like to use the mailgw intensively i.e. svn
integration, you'll soon run into trouble with the
email interface, as it automatically sets issue's title
based on email's subject. 

An option (EMAIL_LEAVE_TITLE_UNCHANGED) in config.py,
which would allow/prohibit would be very nice.
