It would be nice if there were an option to disable automatic attachment of submitted documents to email messages. 

Right now, in our Roundup installation, when we create a new issue and attach documents to the issue, the documents get emailed to everyone on the nosy list. That's not desirable, as we often deal with sensitive items.

Is there a way to do this currently?
