Extremely unlikely to happen. Full dump of an issue to email is on the  
table, but not importing of that data. Note that writing a script to do  
this is not necessarily that difficult.  It can be discussed on the mailing 
list if you like. 
 
Note also that this is a feature request, not a bug. Please use the 
feature tracker in the future.
