Once a roundup datebase grows larger and keywords are used a little 
bit more, the need arises for finding issues that below to two or 
several keywords. The current way in the URL is only match one OR
one of the other keywords. This wish is about the AND search.

An example: I would like to search for "server" and "crypto"
in my tracker.
