The upgrading document says:

The ``fixroles.py`` script in 
the tools directory
will do this. Run it like so (where python is 
your python 2+ binary)::

  python tools/fixroles.py -i 
<tracker home>

This is either incorrect and/or 
incomplete: when I did my 0.4.3-->0.5.0 upgrade I found that when I 
typed the above command line I got dropped into a roundup> 
prompt from which I then had to type fixroles, then quit, then confirm 
that I wanted the changes committed.

Although I worked it 
out eventually, I found it a little confusing compared to the rest of the 
upgrade process, which went entirely smoothly.
