Issue ids were taken over from Sourceforge -- SF ticket numbers were
kept when importing to roundup.

Do you see problems with the long ticket numbers?
I think I remember that inline issue numbers don't work (no hyperlink)
but I'm not sure if this is a problem with the long IDs.
