The following url's were found by make linkcheck in the website/www
directory to be a problem.

Each one of them needs to be validated and the source doc files
changed.

In some cases we may want to change the URL reference so it does not
become a clickable link if the resource is gone, but we want to retain
the url reference for historical reasons.

For some like wiki.roundup-tracker.org we want to keep the original URL and
take the redirect. That may be the case for most redirected with found
if it provides the same info.

For redirect permanently we probably want to replace the url if it
provides the same info (a lot of these are http -> https replacements).

Since I can't fix these before the 1.6.0 release recording here for
others to work on.
