The main wiki on moinmo.in right now went back to only allowing 
superusers to create accounts to fight spam.

Note Thomas Waldmann from waldmann-edv.de runs moinmo.in and 
he is a leading MoinMoin developer. This is good, as we can follow
the current stable version of what the software as to offer.
My understanding is that we say which spam protection we want (from the ones 
that are implemented in moinmo.in). I'd ask him for advise when we do the 
move.
