Create a date file as a property of an issue.
Enter "12" into the 
field and submit the form.
You will see the current date 
displayed in that field.

This is wrong, it should return a value 
error. In looking
at the Date.set code it is not obvious to me why 
the value
error is not returned as it seems it should be 
generated.
