Some mail clients are confused by the footer of the
roundup issue message:

The problem being that the URL and line of underscores
beneath it are identified as the one long string, as if
it were 

<a href="blah">
http://localhost:8080/Issues/track/issue2
______________________________________________
</a>

Maybe the URL could be quoted like the email address,
in diamond backets:

______________________________________________
Issue Tracker <issues@track.issues.com>
<http://localhost:8080/Issues/track/issue2>
______________________________________________
