Have you been able to add additional repositories to the project on Sourceforge?

I also found free Gitlab mercurial hosting at https://foss.heptapod.net/

It seems like it hosted by the same company that works on the Tryton software. If I remember correctly, these guys used Roundup for issue tracking and published several plugins a few years ago.

Take a closer look at this service. I also think that it might be easier to negotiate with them if something special is needed for a Roundup project.
