Bern/Paul what's the status on this?

Has the status of the gpg/gpgme module been worked out in the main pypi repo?

Ideally a user wanting to use PGP signed emails should just be able to
pip install gpg. If not I need updates for installation.txt that tells
the user how to install.

Also have the changes to make it work been committed to the Roundup repo?

I am going to try to get a beta out of Roundup 2.5 on June 1.
