Is the version of python gpg updated to work with python 3.12 and newer
on the production pypi site?

Should I reach out to Lucas Hoffmann to get this published to the production pypi instance?

I just added directions on using pgp/gpg with roundup to the admin guide, so I would
like to make it actually supported. I do not consider having to install from a test
pypi instance to be supportable.
