javascript is enabled in my browser.

After my seemingly abortive login I activate devtools in FF and hit the logout button on the demo screen.

The devtools log under network shows a series of successful GET and then one with Status 403 (denied).  The file column says "rest" and the initiator is classhelper.js:1371.  There is one successful GET after for favicon.ico, which is reported as cached.
