As an admin, change to a user page.  It
is possible to assign a non-existant
role to a user. This is a problem since
it is easy to mistype a role and then be
very confused when the user doesn't have
the permissions you thought they had.

This has been reproduced with the
classic tracker using roundup from cvs
as of 5/24/2003.
