slightly out of date.

It claims to be version 1.52, generated on 2003-06-24.

Currently, the website features a link to version 1.55,

The first significant change is the admonition to not
use Python 2.3 with Roundup for now.  The other major
change involves improvements to the windows-specific
instructions.
