I just created a fresh classic instance with roundup 0.4.1.
Although there is a filter for assignedto under "My Issues",
the select box for it is still "no selection", both
with Konqueror 2.2.2 and Netscape 4.77, which still
causes the redisplay problem.

Any ideas what I could check?
