Just a couple of literals that are hardcoded and hence are
not translatable (the top right corner Search button label 
and the "No Sort or group:" string on the issue search
page)

A question related to i18n:
If I want to submit a translated .po catalog, does it
need to be
completely translated?.

 I'm going to localise Roundup to es_AR  (Argentina
Spanish) 
and I have all the Web inerface already translated, the
strings
thata remain (~110) are those related to the command
line admin
tools.

Should I submit the catalog when I finish or can I sent
it now
so it can be put under CVS control no the Roundup repo?.
